How to make a deposit or make a co-op investment with PAYONEER

1. Sign in to Payoneer at https://myaccount.payoneer.com/.2. Navigate to Pay > Pay to a recipient’s Payoneer account.3. Identify the recipient by:

[email protected]* Selecting them from the Recent recipients list.4. In the Pay from field, select the funding source (currency balance or card). Your available balance is displayed below.5.In the Pay to field, select the recipient's currency balance for receiving funds. Only compatible currencies will be shown.6. Enter either the amount you wish to send or the amount the recipient should receive. The system will automatically calculate the other amount, including fees and currency conversion (if applicable). Minimum and maximum payment limits, as well as your monthly payment limits, are displayed.7. Click Next.8. Select the most relevant Purpose of payment from the list. This will be visible on the Transactions page.9. Provide a brief Transaction description. This will appear on both your and the recipient's Transactions page, and in the recipient's email notification.10. Click Next.11. Review the payment details carefully. To make corrections, click Back.12. Click Pay to finalize the payment.Payments are typically processed immediately and received within 2 hours. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.Note: While most payments are processed within 2 hours, some transactions may take up to 2 business days.
